Goodness Grows utilizes agro-ecological growing methods. Produce is grown without using conventional pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified seeds, or ionizing radiation. Regenerative and conservation practices are used, including cover cropping, crop rotation, fallowing, composting, drip irrigation, biodegradable mulch, and reusable landscape fabric. Egg laying hens are pastured raised in the fields to allow for natural behaviors and dietary supplements of fresh grass and leafy greens, insects, and worms resulting in a high nutrient, golden yolked egg. The chickens deposit manure which slowly returns to the fields as fertilizer for future crops. For the sake of transparency, your questions are welcome and encouraged.
